Fat Burning Furnace is basically about high intensity training (HIT), which really isn’t anything new. You’re essentially just using resistance exercises to burn fat really efficiently. So, yes, it works.

The guy behind Fat Burning Furnace has really streamlined high intensity training workouts a lot. If you follow his plan you can melt away the fat in as little as 15 minutes three times a week.

When you get Fat Burning Furnace, you get a 161 page e-book that tells you how to do the exercises. They have illustrations too so you know you’re doing them correctly. It also covers some other things like why conventional weight loss diets and workouts don’t really work that well.

Since you’re only 15 and probably can’t buy it on you’re own, you should try to research some high intensity training workouts online.

It’s a pretty good program, and if you stick with it, you’ll have good success. This isn’t some kind of "magic pill" though. You’ll have to actually do the work to lose the weight.

I’m 5’6", 138 pounds. The rest of my body is trim and I have a very low fat/muscle ratio.. BUT I just can’t seem to get rid of the jiggle around my man boobs! It’s a teeny bit embarrassing since the rest of my body is pretty tight. Any exercises that will target fat loss for this area? Thanks!

Chest flyes are great for shredding the chest muscles. I don’t care what the eight or so people ahead of me say, you CAN target Fat Loss. You should combine your workouts with cardio to maximize fat burn, but truthfully if you do chest flyes with low weights for a lot of reps, you can definitely cut down your chest and get those nice striations. Just lie on a bench with your arms stretched out at your sides, arms slightly bent, and bring your hands together above you. Make sure you are focusing you attention on tightening the chest muscles and ensuring that’s where your movement is coming from, especially as you are releasing back to the rest position.

What is the best extreme weight loss diet? If not eating makes you hold weight, than what diet would be the most strict (does not have to taste good!)…..and bring major results (real Fat Loss not water weight)…?

only turkey meat? only v8 eaten as soup?..with one banana for breakfast?

4 tins/jars of baby food a day with 4 litres of water lost 10lbs in a week then 5 lbs a week after that in total I lost around 40lbs in 7 weeks doing this. YOU MUST drink the water to drop the weight or u will end up retaining any water frm the baby food.

Also a good fast/detox is to drink 10 litres of water a day and no food for as long as you like. I started with a one dya fast then 3 days and so on….eventually I want to do a 40 day water fast. I lose 6lbs a day on this!

ok, i need advice on shifting those last few % of fat. I’m not asking for people to say eat healthy, do cardio, id like for any guys who have entered competitions to give me some secrets such as dehydrating or sugar intake on shredding the final few percent

( i need it done in 3 weeks for a photo shoot)

A practice of fitness models is a week before a shoot, they will go on a very strict diet and workout.

Lean proteins, lots of green vegetables (spinach and brocolli are 2 big choices), and either eliminate or seriously restrict carbs. (No breads, rice, potatoes, corn, etc.) Also, no sugar and little if no salt.

The point is to drain mostly water weight out of the system along with some fat, so the skin pulls tighter and muscle definition shows more.

First time I heard of this practice was on that Bravo show Workout where one of the trainers who does modeling did it. I talked with a friend from work and he knows a guy who models and confirmed this. But do the research on this yourself.
